Complete property damage surveys.
We insure that the incident being claimed occurred, survey the damages, prepare an adjustment, negotiate a fair and amicable settlement with the claimant and obtain a complete claim release.
Property Investigations and Adjustments. Comprehensive services include construction risks, fire and related risks, fine artworks, jewellery/currency, warehouse inspections, technical risks, and burglary.
Partial list of services offered:
- Prepare necessary paperwork in order to obtain claim release.
- Prepare and provide an estimate with detailed specifications on the claim;
- Provide a preliminary estimate in order to assist in the preparation of a reserve for the Insurer;
- Meet with the Insured and conduct the negotiation of the insurance claim in order to effect a settlement;
- Liaise with the Insured's engineering, accounting, and other estimating personnel of the claim to substantiate the cost of the claim;
- Preliminary inspection of building damage in order to obtain a preliminary budget estimate of the amount of loss with incidental sketches and photographs to support the cost of repairs;
